I think that either Laura's dad beat up Dr. Jacoby. Because he watched Madeline leave the house like 3 episodes ago so he would have followed them, and then he would have seen what they were all up to. I think that he has a lot more to do with what is going on then we know so far.
I don't think that Leo killed Laura. I think he had something to do with it though. It just seems too easy that they would have figured out that he did it after only 7 episodes.
I agree with Julia that Cooper isn't going to die, but I think that he will pretend to so that he can sniff out more clues while everyone thinks that he is dead.
I am confused as to how Bobby fits in with all of this mayhem. He just seems to be out to get James, and doesn't really know what is going on.
Leo, Agent Cooper, and Jacques got shot. Several got injured. This is the episode where I start making noises and begin gasping every scene. Lynch made it mysterious by not showing us who beat Dr. Jacoby and who shot Agent Cooper. But he showed Laura's dad suffocating Jacques. Which I thought was interesting that it was obvious her dad was going to the hospital since he stopped by the station and mouthed "hospital." He could have chosen to keep that part mysterious. He probably wants us to think that it was Laura's dad who attacked Dr Jacoby and shot Cooper
"Bite the Bullet Baby" just makes me think of the creepy scene in Atonement, "Bite the chocolate."
I agree with Jamie vu - there were some strange moments where I was a little bit shocked... But I really liked the scene with Andy and Lucy. This Game between the two is just super funny cause both look so unsafe. I loved the scene in the kitchen when they were kissing and after that when Andy openend the door and just walked away. Super good camera-position.
On the other side there is this scene with Jacques when he is talking in the house. The showing of his mouth was just super disgusting that I sometimes couldn't even watch it. That makes me goose flesh.
I m wondering who bet the Doctor. Maybe Lucy is right and it was Lauras Dad...
Audrey clearly is willing to do anything to learn about Laura's murder and the audience still has no idea why. It's strange because during the show I don't think about it. But then after I suddenly wonder, "Wait, why is she doing this again?" There has to be a super good reason for all the things she is doing. Or she is out of her mind.
In this episode, they cleared Dr. Jacobi and found that he wasn't the killer. However, he is so creepy that I know he was involved in some way with her being messed up.
Like I said on Facebook, it feel like every character is having an affair. Lucy has just told Andy she was pregnant and he looked super disappointed so I assumed it meant it wasn't his. I just feel like he's such a sweet guy that he would be happy about it. But I could be wrong. Maybe it really is his, but he is not happy about it.
One part that really stuck out to me in this episode is when Leo gets shot. I love when he falls into the couch and stares at the tv playing the soap opera. It mimics him, showing a character getting shot and falling to the ground. I thought it was really clever!
I am really starting to see David Lynch's sinister side coming in. This episode was by far my favorite yet, there were so many twists and turns and the intensity really is starting to pick up. I love how every character is interconnected to one another in this crazy web of suspense. And Audrey and her dad... WHAT? I am really looking forward to the next episode!
i definately dont think agent cooper is dead he has to be wearing a bullet proof vest at all times. and if he is dead, im sure lynch will find a way to bring him back to life.
I feel really bad for nadine. she is so cute. I bet she will come back to life later on.
It seems like everybody wants to kill everyone, and they all somehow connect back to laura. i bet she was the one who killed herself.
